I appreciate the promptness of the appointments. We have never waited more than 10 minutes if at all. We travel at 1 ½ hours (one way) and the staff is always willing to accommodate by giving us later appointments. Everyone is friendly and always patient with my son and with my many questions.

Our questions were always answered to our satisfaction. The scheduling of appointments seemed to work very well. The staff is more than understanding of each patients particular quirks. And look at the results! I always thought a palate expander was a torture device. But it changed Maddie’s voice, looks and she’s had fewer colds & sniffles. WOW!
